• You must truthfully disclose your interest in the property - whether you are the property owner, estate agent, etc. 
• Failure to follow the above may result in your being permanently banned from posting ads on Property Malta Direct.

I agree that I will be solely responsible for the content of all ads that I post and that I will indemnify Property Malta Direct and hold it harmless for any losses or damages to myself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any ads that I post here.
